First Trailer for The Walking Dead: No Man’s Land

The first trailer for The Walking Dead: No Man’s Land is out now. No Man’s Land is a strategy game that pits you against the shambling hordes of the undead (you were expecting to go up against puppies and kittens, maybe?).

The gameplay trailer has a very intense Daryl setting the very dramatic scene of a horrible world with no warm showers and no fast food joints; no wonder many just gave up and took the easy way out. The actual gameplay looks fun but predictable, with plenty of face-smashing and gut-shooting. Overall, it looks like a typical turn-based game, but I think its claim to glory will be how the zombie hordes can overwhelm your people, which will demand a different strategic tempo.

Gameloft Announces Order & Chaos II: Redemption

A sequel is on the way for Gameloft’s hit MMORPG. There’s not much info at this point beyond a teaser trailer and some story info, but it’s intriguing stuff nonetheless.

The destruction of the Primal Heart led to a cataclysmic event that destroyed the world, with the heroes dying one after the other. Evil had won and retreated temporarily. 600 years after these events, the world once again flourished and heroes began to be reborn into this new world – in their quest to save it from the coming evil and redeem themselves.

Kill Your Darlings in Stickman Cliff Diving

The game isn’t new, but that doesn’t mean it’s not worth a look. In this game, you throw caution to the wind and help a poor stickman try to dive off a cliff without crashing horribly into something — a task that’s easier said than done. Watch Lonnie give it a shot above.

First Look: Pac-Man 256 from Crossy Road Dev Hipster Whale

We finally get to see some gameplay footage from the upcoming Pac-Man 256 game from Crossy Road developer Hipster Whale. It looks just about as good as we had hoped – an infinite Pac-Man type board, blocky graphics, and well, it looks like fun.

We’ll hold judgement until the game is released — but fingers are crossed. This should be out soon. Bandai Namco have a way… Well let’s just say we are hoping that Hipster Whale get to do things their way with this one.

New Trailer for Horizon Chase Features Near-Final Footage

Driving game Horizon Chase should be out later this month, and going by its trailer, it’s a real looker.

The visuals seem to be striking a balance between paying tribute to retro games and keeping something of a modern feel. Three dimensions will likely make this feel better than the two dimensional games.
