New App A Day: The Secret of Grisly Manor

Not to be confused with The Secret of Bryce Manor, today’s featured app is an adventure game about– you guessed it– exploring a manor that’s full of secrets. It’s a tried and true adventure game formula, and it’s hard to stop playing once you start.  Read More →

New App A Day: The Ball Is Too Fast, The Game Is Too Slow, The Name Is Too Long

Today’s featured app has a title that’s sure to grab attention, if not for its length, then for its tongue-in-cheek gripes about how the game functions. New App A Day: Lamp of Aladdin for iPad

The story of Aladdin and his genie-filled lamp has been told many times, but never, to our knowledge, in the form of a Match-3/ hidden object game. As it turns out, these two genres compliment each other nicely, making Lamp of Aladdin an enjoyable experience for anyone in the family (except maybe the mopey teen, who will think it’s too childish).  Read More →

New App A Day: Super Mega Worm

Today’s featured app is Super Mega Worm, a high-score game with a monstrous sense of humor. You play as a giant worm that needs to keep a full stomach to stay alive. As you swallow more people, you level up and unlock new abilities, like projectiles that shoot from your mouth.  Read More →
