One-trick pony
This game is as simple as adding numbers up to seven, but has that “one more try” factor that makes it well worth a dollar.

Simple game concepts often prove to be the best bang for your buck. Just think of all the time you spent bouncing in Doodle Jump or sprinting in Canabalt. Super 7 is another one of these ultra-addictive casual titles.

The goal of Super 7 is to chain together number tiles that float onto the screen with a line so that the numbers add up to seven. If you go over seven, the game ends. To keep things interesting, the game introduces special tiles, like negative numbers, multipliers, and a tile that turns any number it collides with into a seven.

Add it up.

Super 7 does a great job of keeping you coming back to nab a top score. An in-game global rank indicator shows you your world standing as you play, so you can see yourself climb the leaderboard in real time. And although simplicity works well for Super 7, it also ends up working against it. After a couple of rounds, you will have seen everything the game has to offer.

The exercises in mathematics might not appeal to hardcore gamers, but casual fans will get a good amount of value for their dollar. Counting has never been so fun.

Errrm... There is actually a fast forward button, but it only appears after a few rounds. ;)

Is it an invisible fast forward button? It never appeared for me.

Look in the bottom left corner. It's in the video and shows up when I play the game.

Haha, apparently I'm blind (or hadn't played enough matches for it to show up). Thanks for pointing that out! We've made the correction.
