We've seen all sorts of flying games and racers on the iPhone and iPod Touch, but this one is actually based on real life. The Rocket Racing League is a real-world event where pilots speed through augmented reality "rings," and now it's coming to the iPhone.
We've got the first full-length gameplay trailer for Rocket Racing League on the iPhone, with demonstrations of the game's different environments and modes. The game also features online stat tracking through Facebook and high-score leaderboards.
Rocket Racing League will be out June 16 for iPhone and iPod Touch, with an iPad version coming later in the summer. Additional levels, set on an alien landscape and in the Colorado mountains, will also be available for free after launch.

Looks promising
Looks like a great game. It has to be one of the best looking games for iPhone. Racing a rocket plane will be fun.
