Do you love iOS games, mobile technology, and fun in general? Are you looking to gain useful experience in writing, editing, and reporting on the App Store economy, and get paid? If you think you’ve got the chops to be a professional iOS game reviewer, we want to hear from you!
To apply, just e-mail your resume, cover letter, and a writing sample (preferably already published online, but we’ll accept an original 400 word review of an iOS game) to Andrew @ Slidetoplay.com with “Freelance Writer” in the subject line.
Freelance writers will be expected to produce approximately one assigned iOS game review each week and will be paid per article. You’ll also have the chance to pitch news articles, interviews, or feature articles if you have great ideas for iOS gaming coverage. Quality writing ability and a knowledge of gaming, iOS, and Slide To Play’s editorial style are a must. We look forward to hearing from you!
Update: This post originally called for volunteer writers, but due to the importance of emphasizing quality writing, we are now seeking paid freelance writers. Previous applicants for this position will still be considered as potential freelance writers. All of our freelance writers are and will continue to be paid for their time, talent, and expertise.
