Fallen Lords Review

Dungeon crawlers and board games are both pretty common on iOS. Dungeon crawling board games, however, are not nearly as common. Perhaps that is because there is limited interest in such games among mobile gamers, or perhaps it is because of the complexities that come with trying to convert such games into digital form. In the future, America’s roadways are policed by a squad of tough, all-female motorcycle cops called the SXPD. Is this title shorthand for the Sexy Police Department? Metal Slug Defense Review

The Metal Slug games from SNK Playmore are pixelated perfection if you enjoy run-and-gun arcade games. With their fluid animation, expressive characters, and intense action, each classic Metal Slug game is more exciting than the last. We’ve previously reviewed Metal Slug 1, 2, and 3 on iOS, and now a new adaptation called Metal Slug Defense mixes elements from all three in a creative format optimized for mobile devices.

Godzilla – Smash3 Review

In the new Godzilla movie, Godzilla is a savior of humanity more than an unstoppable monster. Godzilla – Smash3 is a movie tie-in game that uses tile-matching puzzle mechanics to activate the creature’s deadly attacks, and in a change from the movie, these attacks are mostly directed at tanks and planes and rarely towards other giant monsters.  (more…)
