First Look: Google Currents

Google Currents is a news-curation app that’s similar to the popular Flipboard. The app lets you choose from a variety of sources and serves up articles optimized for tablet reading. While most of the content is solid and the app is one of the best-looking Google has ever produced, Currents curiously lacks social-network integration. Still, it’s off to a great start.
