The results are in, and our readers have spoken! Turns out it would take a lot to get our audience to buy an iCade Mobile– more game support and a lower price were the most common responses. But maybe the release this week of Metal Slug 3 with iCade compatibility and local multiplayer will change a few minds. Here are this week’s code winners and tweets.
The following tweets win a game code:
@Dreg_Mogul: I’d buy the iCade Mobile if it supported a greater variety of games.
@agleung: I’d buy the iCade Mobile if Nintendo embraces iOS gaming. Hello Mario are you listening?
@IcefiraMan: I’d buy the iCade Mobile if it had better looking and as thin as the phone it self.
@FDisorder: Not certain I’d buy the icade as it kinda deters from the whole touchscreen aspect…
@extreme472000: I’d buy the iCade Mobile if it was supported by more of my favorite ios games and works with the iphone 5.
@JamesZzzzzzz: I’d buy the iCade Mobile if my sweet say YES.
@PBLC_ENMY: I would buy the iCade if I could afford it; it would also be nice if it had a joystick/s
@Jfilesguy: Simply a reasonable price, & big name guys to add support. Oh, and a fling mini joystick for FPSs!
@DrRyanSkelton: The iCade Mobile just doesn’t appeal; iOS just doesn’t beat normal handhelds in these types of games.
@DCloseTweets: I’d buy the iCade Mobile once I had a big enough collection of 8-bit hits to play!
@gamersevil: I’d buy iCade if it works with every game.
@Py687: I always preferred physical controls to touchscreen, so I think it’s awesome. I worry about the price tho.
@marlon_et: Would buy the iCade if i had money and if it supports most action games, specially the Sega ones.
@Kunkka1986: I’d buy the iCade Mobile if they add support for Grand Theft Auto .
@RUBICN64: I’d buy the iCade Mobile if it cost $79.99. [note: it actually costs $69.99]
