iCade 8-Bitty Now Available To Purchase

If you’re an avid iOS gamer with a strong attachment to physical controls, you’re probably already familiar with the iCade series of controllers. The iCade 8-Bitty, which was announced back in February and looks somewhat like an NES controller, has just been made available to purchase. You can get one here for $29.99.

For those unfamiliar, iCade controllers are third-party devices that let you control quite a few iOS games using physical controls. So far they’ve released the iCade iPad Arcade Cabinet and the iCade Mobile. The new 8-Bitty is the first iCade model that doesn’t house the iOS device, and its small size makes it more portable than the other models.

Also, the $29.99 price tag is fairly reasonable, considering that some other physical controllers, with far fewer compatible games, go for $80.

If you’re in the market for a physical controller for your iOS devices, the iCade Mobile is now on sale for $24.99. You can buy it here– although you should note that it doesn’t fit the iPhone 5.

We’ll have a full review of the iCade 8-Bitty as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can buy one here.
