Gameloft has released the first of two trailers showing off the warring sides in their upcoming iOS MMORPG Order & Chaos Online. This first trailer, showing the humans and elves of “Order”, can be found below. Can this ambitious game possibly become the iPhone’s World of Warcraft?
Gameloft’s World of Warcraft-inspired MMORPG Order & Chaos Online is now available worldwide. It’s a universal app, it costs $6.99, and you can download it here. Note that the cost of the app buys you a three-month subscription to the game. After that, you can pay $0.99 for one month, $1.99 for three months, or $2.99 for six months. Also note that you’ll need either an iPad or at least a third generation iPhone or iPod Touch to run it. We’ll have a full review as soon as possible.
Fans of Gameloft’s iOS games are always wondering what big-name franchies the company will take on next. Their latest announcement shows that they’re finally going after one of the most popular and financially successful games of all time: World of Warcraft. The game will be called Order & Chaos Online, and we’ve got a just-released teaser trailer and screen captures below.
Gameloft hasn’t said when the game will launch, how much it will cost, or whether or not there will be a monthly fee to play it. But we do know that Order & Chaos Online will be available for both the iPhone and iPad. They also said you’ll be able to vote on their Facebook page to unlock content, but that doesn’t seem to be working yet. We’ll have more details as they emerge.
