Ubisoft announced on its blog today that it’s bringing an all-new Assassin’s Creed card battling game to iOS. The game, called Assassin’s Creed Memories, is described as having a “unique blend of RPG, strategy and card battle elements.” And no surprise here, but it will be free-to-play.
The game’s hook sounds pretty cool. You’ll travel through time to recruit members of an assassin’s guild. The places and times they mention include periods from the main Assassin’s Creed games, like Colonial America and Renaissance Italy. They also say the game will include new areas that haven’t previously been settings in the series.
The game, developed by GREE and PlayNext, will feature a single-player mode and a multiplayer mode that will allow battles with 20 players on each side. Look for it soon on the App Store.
