Gesture Control Game Turns iPhone into Virtual Rifle
Pig Hunt updates a classic ’80s game by using your iPhone to make a virtual rifle. There’s none of this tapping the screen nonsense. Hold your phone out as the scope, move your upper body around to track a pig across the horizon, and use the other hand to pull the virtual trigger and drop that sucker out of the sky.
The virtual rifle is made possible by thumbShot technology. Through the genius of computer vision, thumbShot uses the front camera to determine when you pull the virtual trigger. It’s almost as good as the original zapper, even without the cord and the plastic.
“Who put pigs in my duck hunt?”

Characters modified to protect the innocent. Dog still included. Gameplay modified to accommodate the iPhone.
