Color Meld 2D

Color Meld:
A head-to-head sliding puzzle game with a (color) twist.

Slide the tiles around until all of the tiles have been “blanked out” and you win – that is, if you were able to find a solution before your opponent(s).

The colorful details:

Blanking ‘em out
Whenever you slide a tile to the empty cell, every adjacent tile with the same color is “blanked out”. Oh, and every tile that is the same color and is adjacent to a tile that is the same color and is adjacent to the empty space is “blanked out”, and every tile that is the same color and is adjacent to a tile that is the same color and is adjacent to a tile that is the same color and is adjacent to the empty space is “blanked out”, and … I think you get the point.

Making your move
Slide a tile into the open cell. Couldn’t be an simpler than that!

Sliding to victory
The clock is running and we are watching every move that you make. Minimize the time to block them all out. If the total time you spend playing plus any penalty points (see below) is less than your opponent, then you win the game.

Avoiding the penalty box
If only one tile of a given color is on the board, it can’t be “blanked out”. Sometimes this can’t be be avoided, but other times it can be, so be careful because there is a 10 point penalty for every tile that is not “blanked out”.

Achieving your goals
Achievements are available for number of wins in competition mode, low-scoring rounds against your opponent in competition mode, or for solving more challenging puzzles in single player mode.
