Poor SnowBall! He's stuck in the pit of Hades, and it really is so hot and horrible. You will need to help him out of the devlishly designed 5 levels of Hell, across granite precipices, past boiling hot lava and through the evil contraptions dreamt up by the Evil Ones.
It's a battle of balance and timing and only those with the calmest of nerves will help Snowball reach the Cool heavenly delights that await him at the end.
