Gameloft has just released a developer diary that goes behind the scenes on the making of their upcoming first-person shooter Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour. As a bonus, it also shows a lot of gameplay footage, and it looks great. Watch the video below.
In the dev diary, they talk about how the campaign has you play alternately as a US soldier as well as the enemy, a tough-looking villain named Edward Page. They also go into detail about how they staged some of the scenes, using actors and motion capture to get the movements right. What it all seems to amount to is that the game looks even more like a Call of Duty game than previous installments.
They also tease that the next dev diary will focus on the multiplayer mode, so we have that to look forward to. Modern Combat 4 is set to release sometime this fall.
